鐵藝大門(mén)焊接工藝：

Welding process of iron gate:

1.大門(mén)外框焊接。按照外框規(guī)格，在工作臺(tái)上精細(xì)定位。把外框兩邊的寬度剪成45。焊接后焊接。標(biāo)定精細(xì)(車架直線)，焊接牢固。焊接中長(zhǎng)直管段。每個(gè)門(mén)均勻分布在外框架內(nèi)，準(zhǔn)確定位間隔時(shí)間不應(yīng)超過(guò)5毫米。安裝后先焊后拉直，檢驗(yàn)精度后焊接牢固。

1. Gate frame welding. Fine positioning on the workbench according to the specification of the outer frame. Cut the width on both sides of the outer frame to 45. Weld after welding. Fine calibration (straight frame) and firm welding. Weld medium and long straight pipe sections. Each door shall be evenly distributed in the outer frame, and the accurate positioning interval shall not exceed 5mm. Weld before straightening after installation, and weld firmly after checking the accuracy.

2.大門(mén)各用橫鋼焊接四根保險(xiǎn)絲，將其夾在豎竹中間，焊接后拉直，在中間用短豎鋼焊接。每個(gè)門(mén)都有四個(gè)門(mén)。將零件按照樣品圖放置。焊接前先焊接，后拉直，檢驗(yàn)焊接精度。

2. The gate shall be welded with four fuses with horizontal steel, clamped in the middle of the vertical bamboo, straightened after welding, and welded with short vertical steel in the middle. Each door has four doors. Place the parts according to the sample drawing. Before welding, weld first and then straighten to check the welding accuracy.

3.每個(gè)門(mén)都焊接24個(gè)短橫向鋼，按樣品圖中的零件放置。焊接前先焊接，后拉直，檢驗(yàn)焊接精度。為避免焊接變形，應(yīng)采用隔離焊接。由于順序混亂，因此焊接點(diǎn)較多。焊后，檢查是否有假焊位置。

3. Each door is welded with 24 short transverse steel and placed according to the parts in the sample drawing. Before welding, weld first and then straighten to check the welding accuracy. In order to avoid welding deformation, isolation welding shall be adopted. Due to the chaotic sequence, there are many welding points. After welding, check whether there is false welding position.

4.大門(mén)的鍛造件和彎曲接頭依次焊接在相關(guān)部件上。限制桿垂直于單杠，正對(duì)面，不可扭曲?；y焊法是把所有圖案放在相對(duì)位置上，看是否合適。調(diào)準(zhǔn)后，焊接到車架上，對(duì)車架進(jìn)行完全檢查，焊接牢固。

4. The forged parts and bending joints of the gate are welded on relevant parts in turn. The limiting rod is perpendicular to the horizontal bar, directly opposite, and cannot be twisted. Pattern welding is to put all patterns in relative positions to see if they are appropriate. After alignment, it shall be welded to the frame, and the frame shall be completely inspected and firmly welded.

5.電弧焊過(guò)程：CO2氣體保護(hù)焊接選擇CO2。(焊點(diǎn)均勻、密封牢固)不銹鋼焊條。

5. Arc welding process: CO2 is selected for CO2 gas shielded welding（ Stainless steel welding rod with uniform welding points and firm sealing.

6.大門(mén)金屬表面處理：室外生產(chǎn)加工采用熱浸鍍鋅工藝，涂層良好，耐腐蝕，顏色多樣。

6. Metal surface treatment of gate: hot dip galvanizing process is adopted for outdoor production and processing, with good coating, corrosion resistance and various colors.
